Goodbye and Thank You, Sticky & Sweet
A year and a half ago, I had a gig at this small lounge called Blue Martini in Orlando, FL. Little did I know that one gig would change my life. Since then, I’ve traveled to 31 countries and performed 85 shows in front of over 3 million people. I’ve grown as a artist, having worked not just with Madonna, but with the highest caliber directors, musicians, and dancers. I’ve made some great friends, and in some cases, lifelong friends.
This tour was one of the most special times in my life, book ended by the 2 most important events in my life: my wedding, and the upcoming birth of our first child. Kevin once told me that I was the only person he’s ever met that’s gotten everything I wanted all at the same time. I’m a very blessed person and I’m thankful to God for what I have.
Thanks, Madonna, for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime. Thanks Kevin for believing in me. I also want to say thanks to all of my family and friends that have supported me during this time. Thanks to all of you who were able to come visit me and watch the show. Thanks to all of you who followed me on my adventures. And a very special thank you goes to my wife, Tina. It was hard at times for us to be apart, but you always showed me 100 percent love and support. I love you and I couldn’t have done all this without you.
Goodbye, Sticky & Sweet. Let’s do it again some time!
